A light, almost airy spread made for us by Ali Katz Kitchen in Mattituck, NY. The liver used in this mousseline is seasonal and can include livers from our: chicken, quail, guinea fowl, silkies, etc. Local cream, butter, shallots, and garlic. And some brandy of course—from the liquor store. Its a rich, delicious addition to your cheese plate or the perfect thing to share on a picnic.

Sold frozen so you may defrost and enjoy at your leisure. Once defrosted, please consume within a week.
