Enjoy thoughtfully grown and professionally cured hardneck garlic through the fall and early winter seasons.

This year, we will offer two varieties: German White and Music.

German White: a variety known for its large cloves and robust flavor. The strength of flavor mellows with cooking but does not become sweet.

Music: large, easy to peel cloves and a spicy flavor when eaten raw. When cooked, it becomes very aromatic and develops a slight sweetness.

Purchases are by the pound only. Sizes of heads will vary.
